This service (’Classy‘) is owned and operated by Sandcastle Labs, LLC, a Delaware company. By using this product, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement as well as our Privacy Policy. 2. Description of Service

Classy is an AI-powered prototyping platform that enables users to create, iterate, and share UI components using various frontend frameworks and AI models. The service is provided ’as is‘ and ’as available.‘

  • Maintain the security of your account and password
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI services is provided for your use. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before use.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Classy require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
